Terrible Experience – Misleading and Unprofessional I had a very disappointing experience at Big Daddy Casino in Goa. I used my card to purchase chips for poker and was told that the unused amount would be refunded automatically within minutes. Trusting their word, I returned to Delhi without concern. However, after multiple follow-ups, I was told it would take 7 days. Now, after 7 days, they claim it will take 25 days! This is highly unprofessional and misleading for a reputed casino. Such poor handling of customer funds is unacceptable. Be very cautious when using cards here — their promises mean nothing.

Love the atmosphere. Luxurious, stylish, the best variety of poker games and importantly, good safety rules for Covid. Vasim Rozani, Imran Memon and Anubhav are the best host.
