Golden Aces Agra
About Golden Aces Agra
Golden Aces Agra is a live poker room on Fatehabad Road in Tajganj, Agra. Its operator, DM Gaming Pvt. Ltd., was the petitioner in the August 2024 Allahabad High Court case (M/S DM Gaming Pvt Ltd v. State of U.P.), in which the court held poker and rummy to be games of skill and set aside the Agra police's refusal to permit the gaming unit, directing a fresh, reasoned decision. Uttar Pradesh has no licensing scheme for poker, so the room depends on local permission. PokerHub India has not yet verified the room's current schedule, stakes or entry rules; confirm these with the venue before travelling.
